NO refunds are given for any reason for Telephone, Email and Spiritual Drawing readings. If you are more than 10 minutes late in calling or arriving for your scheduled reading time, you will miss the appointment and will need to purchase another reading at the full cost.
No refunds of deposits or full payment made for Private and Group party readings. However if you cancel within 12hrs of purchasing a reading you will have the opportunitiy to arrange another date/time. Only one extra date will be given. If you miss or are late for this reading you will need to purchase the full cost of another reading.
Spiritual Drawings are as Anne-Marie sees them clairvoyantly and using her clairaudient abilites will deliver message(s) through spirit to you. Anne-Marie takes no responsiblity of any messages given to you. Anne-Marie cannot guaurentte to receive messages from your loved ones whom have passed over, as she leaves the decision to spirits to enter when they wish.
By requesting a reading from Anne-Marie via Telephone, E-mail, Postal or in person, or any other means, you agree to the above terms and conditions. In addition, Those under 18 years of age must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian in order to use my services. An email reading can take upto 7 working days from time of payment to reach you. Private sitting readings (Except group party readings) will consist of a ten minute icebreaker taken within the reading duration time. In the rarest and extreme unforeen emergency should Anne-Marie not be available for a reading a trusted psychic representative on her behalf will conduct the reading and you will receive a 50% discount on your next reading with Anne-Marie.
Anne-Marie holds the right to refuse, cancel, re-schedule any reading at any time. Should this happen you will not be charged for another re-scheduled date.
Due to the number of repeat clients feedback, Anne-Marie is able to ensure that you will have an uplifting and extraordinary time. Please do not be put off by the content of this disclaimer as abding with the law Anne-Marie needs to state that readings should be seen as entertainment purposes only.
